Our 3D Printed Frames are printed to order and may require additional preparation time depending on the size of your order.

New Zealand shipping is charged at a flat rate of AUD $39.99 per order, unless otherwise stated at checkout.

For products dispatched by White Wattle from Australia, please allow approximately 10–28 days for delivery after dispatch.

This timeframe is an estimate only. Customs processing, carrier delays, weather, peak shipping periods and regional or rural delivery locations may affect international delivery times.

All charges on the White Wattle website are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD). The amount charged in New Zealand Dollars will depend on the exchange rate and any conversion fees applied by your payment provider.

If your order contains products fulfilled by White Wattle in Australia together with machines or matching consumables fulfilled by our manufacturer in China, your order may arrive in multiple separate shipments.

Receiving one part of your order does not necessarily mean that the remainder has been omitted.

We strongly ask all customers to open, inspect and check their order within 14 days of delivery.

When your order arrives, please check that:

• all products and components ordered have been received;
• the correct items and quantities have been supplied;
• there is no visible damage from transit;
• machines, cutters and other equipment appear to be in good condition; and
• where reasonably practicable, equipment is assembled or tested promptly so that any apparent issue can be identified.

If you discover transit damage, missing components, an incorrect item or another issue apparent on delivery, please contact White Wattle as soon as possible, preferably within 14 days of receiving your order.

Where possible, please retain the shipping carton, internal packaging and shipping label and provide photographs or video showing the condition of the parcel and product. This information may be required so that we can investigate the matter with our manufacturer or shipping carrier.

Reporting delivery-related issues promptly gives us the best opportunity to establish what has occurred and seek assistance from the manufacturer or carrier.

This 14-day inspection request does not exclude, restrict or replace any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable consumer law.

If you believe a product is faulty, please contact White Wattle with your order details and a description of the issue.

Depending on the nature of the issue, we may request photographs, video, troubleshooting information or return of the product so that the reported fault can be properly assessed.

White Wattle reserves the right to reasonably assess a product and the circumstances of the reported problem before determining the appropriate remedy.

A product will not necessarily be considered faulty where a problem has resulted from misuse, accidental damage, incorrect assembly or operation, failure to follow supplied instructions, unauthorised modification, normal wear and tear or another circumstance for which White Wattle is not legally responsible.

Nothing in this section excludes or limits rights available under applicable consumer law.

Tracking information will be provided where available once your order has been dispatched and tracking details have been issued.

Tracking may take some time to become active after a shipment is lodged.

For machines and matching consumables shipped directly from our manufacturer in China, tracking and carrier updates may differ from standard Australian domestic shipping and may not update at every stage of the international journey.

White Wattle processes orders as quickly as reasonably possible.

We will provide reasonable assistance where an order appears to be delayed.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, import fees or other charges imposed by the destination country.

Unless specifically stated otherwise at checkout, customs duties, taxes, import charges and other destination-country fees are the responsibility of the customer.

White Wattle does not control these charges and cannot guarantee whether additional fees will apply.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address when ordering.

White Wattle is not responsible for delays or additional shipping costs caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information supplied by the customer, to the extent permitted by law.

If an order is returned because of an incorrect address, failed delivery or non-collection, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be resent.

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged or you discover that items are missing from your delivery, please contact White Wattle promptly.

We strongly recommend that all orders are opened and inspected within 14 days of delivery so that shipping damage, missing components or fulfilment errors can be identified as soon as possible.

Please retain the packaging, shipping label and affected products and provide photographs where possible.

We will assist with enquiries to the carrier or our manufacturer where appropriate.

White Wattle currently offers standard international shipping to New Zealand.
